I got the horde version of the recruit’s sturdy cape when I got the cape - which does appear to visually be the same as the horde’s recruit’s sturdy cloak.
I’m specifically after the alliance version - which I don’t think unlocks from the ‘sturdy cape’ - but will have to check when I get home >.>
