I bought the Anubisath Guardian Pack (I’m poor on Trader’s Tenders. For everything I want I’d need 3,900 and with this lets me get up to 2,100). It has not been fully credited to me in game. I have received my transmogs, but not my 700 Trader’s Tenders (had 415 before and still do). It does show in the store as “In Library” and shows in my purchase history as “completed.” I have fully closed the game and my launcher several times since purchase.
I would like to note I could not buy it on the Battle.net application, I had to fully open the website as it kept erroring out.
Apologies if this is a stupid question because I’ve never purchased a bundle containing trader’s tender outside of buying expansions and I forgot when expansion tender was credited, but can you try checking the chest you usually get traders tender from? I’m wondering if you might have to claim from it.

Under purchase history does it say completed or pending.
Hi there!,
I would check under your Virtual Wallet in your Transaction History Tab to see if your Trader’s Tender got applied to your account correctly. It is possible you would need to go to the Trading Post in-game to obtain the Tender you purchased on the in-game shop.
You can see all of your Trader’s Tenders transactions there under the World of Warcraft category. If you went in-game and checked or don’t see the Trader’s Tender listed there, I would submit a Support Ticket. So Customer Service can look into this further for you.
Also, Sometimes transactions can take up to 48-hours to fully process. Even if they are marked as Completed in your Transaction History. As I’ve had stuff show up shortly after placing an order with my Credit Card.

Shouldn’t need to go to the chest to claim, mine got pushed to my account straight away after buying it from the website.
The virtual wallet linked above should show the tenders though, as “Purchased: Trader’s Tender - 700 Battle.net”
What is a known bug is the tender amount you see in game not reflecting what you actually have. Hopefully that’s all it is and a relog will help clear that up!

I’ve tried clicking the chest multiple times. It’s not clickable.
Says completed.

Relogs didn’t cause it to show up. I did end up logging out for the night around 2am and it had not shown up before. I just logged in after maintenance and it is showing up in my Trader’s Tenders now as 1115 available. So maybe it was the bug causing the amount to not show correctly and it is now after maintenance.
Thank you everyone for helping me try to figure this out! <3

Similar issue. Shows cleared, money pulled out of my account. Not yet applied in game.
Searched the Transmog set list and the set doesn’t show up as a set. My only thought is I play in the NA region, but live in the UK and maybe there is an issue. But I also purched a WOW token to test things and that was applied instantly.

question it’s been 20 hours since I submitted the ticket with no responce. This feels off as usually I hear a responce on the next business day PST to any ticket, over the last 26 years of playing Blizzard games.
We usually do try to get to everyone within 24 hours, often less, but queue times fluctuate depending on the volume of contacts we get. You may have just been lucky not to contact us during one of those busy times.
I can see the licenses for the cosmetics on the account, including the Tenders, but I don’t see the Tenders being added to your current total. It could be that my display hasn’t updated yet, but since you have an EU Battlenet and method of payment, it is very possible that it applied to only the EU side (which you don’t have a WoW license in).
I imagine that this is going to be region specific, but I’m seeing what I can find out.

Mary, can you tell me if you purchased this through the web shop or in-game?

I’m wondering if that is what happened. Since you have an EU Bnet and that is your location/region, when you went to the web shop it defaulted to the EU version of the bundle.
I think because the bundle includes Tenders, the virtual current region locks it, where previous cosmetics you purchased wouldn’t have been.
I think ultimately this bundle might need to be refunded, then I’d recommend purchasing the bundle through the in-game shop. I’m still waiting to hear back from someone but your tickets are currently being held so that we can wait on the answer.

That was my fear.
I wish we could move my main account to the EU. Solve so many issues if that was possible.
Unfortunately, moving licenses between regions isn’t currently possible.
Okay, so I heard from the Game Master that had your tickets that the order has been refunded. He should have provided instructions for repurchase but just in case…
Try going through the in-game shop. We think because you went through the web shop, it didn’t give you the option to select your region and defaulted to your physical region. It should have given you a choice, which is being looked into.
In-game “should”, default to the license you are logged into.

thank you, you are a saint.

I am having the same issue as you all are. I purchased it the same way, instead of in game and was granted the appearance but not the Trader Tenders. The Game Master assisting me has told me that there is no issue with the Anubisath Guardian Pack not applying trader tenders…… Not sure on that one.
Did the refund and re-purchase work?

When you go to your Virtual Wallet and look at the Traders Tender, do you see a +700 on there from the pack? You may have to go back a bit if you’ve bought stuff or earned and claimed tenders in-game.

it’s going to be next week when I see that. I have their word on it, so I can trust that it will happen.
As far as I am aware, the Tenders are added directly to your total, Ghak, and from what I can see you did receive them the day of the purchase.
Prior to the purchase you had 1755 and on 2/3/26 3:20 UTC that total was updated to 2455. You then appear to have received two of the Adventure Log activities for another 200 Tenders at 3:25 UTC, bringing you to 2655. You should be at 3105 right now, as you continued to earn more activity credit.
Does that not line up with what you see in-game? As Jeysca mentioned, you should see the Tenders added in your Virtual Wallet as well.
