I don’t think he actually died did he? He just went off
He will be a raid boss as is the fate of all who live long enough
Someone else says that you can find his corpse later. He’s dead bruh.
Real talk, they probably figured the Severed Threads were one patch characters anyways and just thought it’d be cool if the grizzled old general character went out and died because he doesn’t see a place for himself in his society anymore.
It’s just the usual rule of cool muh honorable death stuff they do.
It’s why half the horde’s cast is dead nowadays.
Its the saurfang/thrall method of “I’ll talk till i’m blue about what i don’t like about my faction but instead of putting in the work to change it, i’m just going to kill myself/Stay in outland”
For now it is, but originally it was the same week as or the week after the final max level campaign chain.
However you do not need to complete the campaign to do it.
Regardless, the end of the campaign is where we see Xal’atath F off from the Nerubians while she’s still around when Ansurek dies. Ansurek’s death happens first.
do you believe elvis is dead too
genuinly what
He is 100% dead on a cliff overlooking the city. Which makes it really confusing every time you do world quests where he is the talking NPC.
My personal headcanon is one of them is an imposter that was found out.
Wouldn’t be the first time world quests are weird like that.
Such as one in Maldraxxus that spoiled that Sin’dane would become an ally.
What if they killed Anubazal so that the Forsaken could raise him into undeath?
Forsaken Crypt Lord general when?!
Anub’azal was a gigachad.
I’m holding out for it just being a cast off molt.
Do you know what I find amusing?
With all this girl power to push the women to the forefront, the most interesting new characters are all males, Anub’azal being one of them. (i prefer the Vizier out of the 3)
It’s like they are trying to push a certain agenda but managed to do the opposite when it comes to new characters.
You take Moira, they managed to do a great story with her and her family…but she is a legacy character.
Or there is no agenda
Wouldn’t call it an agenda, just an overcorrection.
I dunno I thought the Widow Arak’nai-Neferess twist was perfect. Genuinely sweet and I didn’t expect it.
If there’s an agenda I love it
