Anti-RDF players had 3 years to play AND still have Classic Era. You missed the boat

And now none do.

When you aren’t doing BG’s at all being able to do them is a massive improvement. And on the realms that could do them the quality was pretty hit or miss anyways.

Meaning CRBG’s were a major improvement for most people.

And that was back then. The current players might react differently.

Again, the solution is not to lower the intrinsic value of content and make the good servers worse in order to improve the weak ones. The solution is to improve things across the board.

That would not guarantee every realm would have a good BG, Dungeon, Arena, open world and Raid community.

Whereas tools like RDF and CRBG’s make that content accessible for people who just like doing them for fun and don’t take them super serious.

How about this RDf with the release of ICC. So you got like 1-1.5 years until then. Like the original game.

I figured out why they all think half the expansion is just a “short time” they’re objectively terrible at math and have trouble with numbers in general.

It was an ad hominem attack, stop lying. Liar.

an original game mechanic, we never had the choice to speak to horde except on the forums. it was NOT a choice that was REMOVED. quit using faulty non comparisons to prove a point you cannot prove.

again, thats RULE OF LAW not a video game mechanic removed from a game. wrong again.

wrong… a social interaction is not one in which someone says “lfg for sh” and another whispers… “join us” that isnt social. it is mechanical in nature. technically speaking there is nothing social about texting. according to the american psychiatric journals, social interaction is a reciprocal face to face interaction. BUT, that being said… social interaction in a video game involves more than “invite” “need mana” “gg”. and you know that to be true. dong go sinking to a level where you think you can double talk me, not sure what gave you the impression that might work.

you assume far too much, just like at this point im assuming you are copying your statements from your brothers psych 101 book trying to sound intelligent but failing too. you draw false comparisons and when called out try to confuse the information by use false statements couched in big words hoping to confuse and misdirect.

fact is, youve got zero constructive to say with no facts to back anything you are saying. talk about trying to control a narrative. all youve done is try to spin definitions into pretzels to back your false claims and confuse the issue. you try and draw false comparisons when there is no correlation.

you argue that removing a mechanic and FORCING folks to play one way is a good thing, and i argue that removing a mechanic and forcing folks to play your way is selfish and toxic. through official documents, dev statements in articles, and dev statements in streaming interviews the facts are there to support the Pro RDF argument.
you argue from faulty foundations with disingenuous statements that fail to prove anything that you have said as anything more than your opinion. and the more you comment the more that becomes apparent to everyone.

I am not ok with a mediocre game with fast queues. Why wouldn’t I choose to play something that is more intrinsically fun? OFC we know the answer, it is because fast queues and low effort, low commitment content gets people hooked on the feeling of extrinsic rewards.

thats EXACTLY what the LFG tool is making wrath though.

Pretty sure it is the faceroll tuning philosophy that makes Wrath mediocre. Which leads straight down the design path to RDF.

way off base. wrath is fantastic, so much to do for the folks that dont want to rush to end game. lots of dungeon content, crafting, achievements, lots of questing… some facilitated by rdf. some achievements dont even get done now, alliance trying to run Ragefire is an absolute ridiculous pain in the butt. the special holiday bosses that could only be accessed through rdf dont exist now. just because you feel its mediocre does not make it so. and if you hate mediocre games, and think wrath is one, why continue to sub?

But BG’s and dungeons are low effort content, so yes people do want to be able to do just do them without taking them too seriously.

Because that’s what they’re doing anyways without the tools, CRBG or RDF just improve their experience doing so. There’s achievements if I want harder dungeon content or arena if I want serious pvp.

If talking about intrinsic fun, then for me figuring out how to get a group to RFC and pulling it off would be much more fun than just queueing up and teleporting in for an extrinsic checkbox. I was even in there on ally recently during a Thrall run.

Subs last for a month. Mine has a week remaining.

In his case it does sweetheart. Pay attention to what he’s writing. He’s an inept :troll:

It sounds like it was the same people like yourself who are too awkward in real life so all your social interactions where solely text and vent based… you probably imagined it ruining your own experience, so you made up some non-sense about how it’ll destroy EVERYONE’s social experience when it was just you and your own inability to have a social interaction in person. It ruined nothing, it gave people are far more efficient way of grouping without wasting time in town or on a silly system that was made for a game it was never a part of. If you don’t want the QoL that it brought, there are TBC servers and Vanilla servers available. Play there and leave the Wrath enjoyers alone…

Spending time in town is part of playing the game. RPGs aren’t about rolling dice. They’re about your interactions with the other people playing. I legitimately think you’re a child. If not a child, you have the ignorance of one.

So why is spending time in town and queing for a dungeon a bad thing then? Don’t back yourself into a corner.

You know what RPGs were inspired by right? D&D… literally you roll dice, how do you think the damage rolls work? Heals? Crit chance? Further into that corner…

So saying, “inv” or “wanna heal/dps/tank this” or “sum pls” is a ton of communication? You must live in fairyland or something… you know you can still talk to people in RDF que’d dungeon right? You might as well make your home in that corner.

I am not mocking you. Not intentionally anyway. But LFG isn’t a social tool, not even close. If any social interaction happens it’s in the dungeon and it happens pretty organically. It’s not a common thing, though.

Then please enjoy. Wrath exists in a far better state than it did at this point in Wrath Actual.

And immediately get votekicked for slowing down the rewards. Let’s stop pretending we don’t know what RDF becomes.
