Are the bags from the emerald dream weekly rep quest intentionally just rewarding cloaks? It’s all I get. Meanwhile the reward from the seed weekly is also often just a cloak, although today it was a necklace (after I got the one from the world boss - great). I only do world content, so this is where I get my stuff. But this many weeks in I’ve still only got 3/4 tier pieces because nothing else will drop.
Hey blizz, give us a vendor so we can just target certain items! Please! We’re almost out of things to buy with seedbloom. Just put actual gear on that vendor rather than just cosmetics.
