What makes zeno such a terrifying entity is that he is in fact a biological weapon in physical form but unlike all of the other biological weapons and monsters in that game he retained his cognitive abilities and higher brain function.
Which is usually the main weakness of the creatures in that game they are in fact wildly powerful physically way way more so than your average person sometimes being able to just overcome strategy through raw girth alone like with birkin vs those special forces soldiers.
So you combine superior physical abilities with their mental capabilities still intact which is usually the main strength of people along with premades and you get a menace.
Especially if you give him a gun which are used to bridge gaps in physical ability.
