Overall, I do like where destro has landed, it just needs a lot of tweaks. Some things I would like tuned or fixed are:
Dimensional Rift needs to have an pet AI that changes targets if its first target dies. Dimensional Rift procs a lot with Fire and Brimstone but it is often wasted.
Decimation meteor sometimes falls with Rain of Fire, sometimes it doesn’t. If meteor falls on a target that dies, no damage is dealt.
Havoc still feels a bit too weak or clunky being reduced to 12 seconds
Having Ritual of Ruin increased to 20(15) shards from 15(10) and still giving us shard fragments back at half the rate does not feel good.

I don’t like where destro or demo landed at all.
Chaos bolt hits like a wet noodle, incinerate crits as hard as chaosbolt which should never happen.
Demo’s overall dps is too low for a ramp spec, this spec should be a top dps spec once fully ramped but now it starts weak and ramps up to mediocre.

Gotta admit mediocre wasn’t what I expected out of having to cast this much to set things up. Especially when going for a 15 imp set up since that should be what we should reliably should be able to get on the get go but nope. And I mean this when put up against the profiles top specs.
The amount of movement/stop cast mechanics I’m seeing in dungeons is also going to be aggravating in mythic+.
