Arms would be fine without consistent self healing if, even, half of its former tool kit was returned. Lost abilities/mechanics since I started in wrath;

How about the what patch? You mean the pre-patch? Fury crushed arms in the pre-patch.
Arms dominated from BFA’s launch, throughout until the release of BoD. Even post nerf- in Uldir, Arms still held it’s own/beat fury.
Arms still won three fights in BoD, despite nerfs. No, historically, arms being buffed does not mean it will shortly after be nerfed. Looking at an isolated event, drawing a comparison to another isolated event, and attempting to establish a systemic pattern based off that is asinine.
