Anima Rewards Increased

That’s all fugazzi.

“not tied to character power therefore it doesnt count/matter”

Look at the game right now, look at the state of the game. This isnt a good step either.

silly question , but have you reloaded the game since the fix went live ?

Anima is the least of the problems with the game right now…

lol Blizzard is so transparent.

I wonder why they’re doing this on a Monday night randomly. I wonder if a competitor is launching a major content patch tomorrow.

Hmmmm

Also love that the increase is the smallest amount possible. They really are mask off that the entire system is just a MAU ploy huh.

Guess I should actually get the Path of Ascension now. Still never started the rank 1 yet.

But cool! More anima is good anima. I’m wondering if it applies to world bosses and the big 250 tokens too.

Are you done baiting then, Tulnn?

Cute.

Yeah, okay, whatever.

In the next patch, I might have to change my covenant depending on tuning, or on what my mythic plus group needs. Since all of that is locked and gated behind a covenant switch, I totally and one hundred percent don’t care about the upgrades or chasing down anima.

Well, I’ve only upgraded 2 of them and left the other 2 I deemed useless with dust on them.

From what I’ve read, this means I still won’t get any increase because I didn’t evenly upgrade all 4 so this is rather useless to me.

Going to add my voice to the chorus advocating this change be account wide. I think it’s fair to require the achievements the first time around, much like pathfinder/flight, but requiring it per character makes an already alt unfriendly expansion even more so.

Second question, what is the purpose of giving Anima drops a boost one you unlock all 4 to Tier 3… at that point you don’t need Anima for anything at all, right?

This was my first thought on reading the announcement and you have put it better than I could.

I really don’t see this change affecting me because it’s going to be a long time before I consider upgrading the command table for slightly faster healing worth it.

Yep, it’s a flawed argument because you can say the exact same thing to argue in the other direction… It’s not tied to player power, so it doesn’t matter if we earn it really quickly. Just a bad response echoed incessantly on here.

Alts were my first thought. Unless this affects alts somehow, forget farming anything on them. Still a giant pain.

Up the anima rewards by a significant amount, Blizzard. Just do it already.

But it still costs 20k anima for rank 2 of the achievement and 50k for rank 3. For an additional 35 anima per activity per level. It just doesn’t add up to be worthwhile at all vs. going for the 1-2 features you want and getting the rewards.

This is actually a bait to make people waste souls and lose the 500 anima extra per weekly. At tier 3 of EACH building you get 100% extra anima but by then you have farmed how much anima? how many bad WQ’s?

Why put people through this misery because you can’t find a better way?

I’m sure someone else already did the math regarding upgrading all features to 3… the number might not even worth to deal with all of those “activities”.

Boom. Get level 1 in everything unless you REALLY want something deeper. Anything else is a texted image of a carrot on a stick too far away to see with the naked eye.

I’m really only interested in the covenant cosmetics and their respected mini-game sanctums (abomination factory, ember court, etc.) For me to get any use from this, I’d have to spend 10s of thousands if not almost 100k anima on sanctum stuff I don’t care about before I can even start benefiting from it. It’s a crap fix.

It’s not worth it. I’d much rather them focus on new stories, covenant features especially including lgbt representation. unfortunately that might not come until 9.1

Oh good so glad we could get this change for the few people who were having a hussy fit because they wanted to collect all the gear from every covenant and every tint because it was an annoying game play loop

But we can’t swap covenants with out punishment because reasons
