Anima disappeared

So on Dec 26th my anima all seemed to randomly disappear, when I logged out I had around 3600 anima and when I logged in the next day I had 77.

Submitted a ticket, got the obligatory “marked as resolved because we are too busy for this” opened the ticket again and a GM responded to tell me I had spent 3500 anima Dec 26th. That’s it, that’s all he said, didnt say what it was spent on didnt say what time just that apparently I spent 3500 exactly. My covenant upgrades all cost 5k, missions are 10-100 with a minimum 4 hour wait time between them and the anjma conductor costs 25.

Anyone have any ideas as to where my anima peaced out to?

Before anyone suggests the 3500 transmog back - no I dont have it, I dont like the appearance of the cosmetic venthyr gear, I checked and the appearance isnt unlocked.

anima doesnt just disappear

Could someone have logged into your account?

Did you heal your table people? Because thatll do it.

Just go run 100 m+ dungeons.
35 per run, you’ll be back on track in no time at all!

@Sickfreak
I live alone so no. There was no hit on my authenticator asking for a log in either.

yeah, cause 1’s and 0’s can’t possibly get messed up in a game…

You probably crafted the pets. Each one costs 750 anima.

sure buddy… sure

Correct it can’t. 1s and 0s are infallible. They do exactly as they are told every time. Sometimes what they are told to do is wrong, but that’s not on them.

He lives alone.

That wouldnt add up to 3500, I also haven’t picked up any new pets this expansion other than the few I got from quests, treasures and rares. I dont imagine that’s something that could have been done without me noticing I did it but i will check anyways when I get home.

Yeah, so every bug in every game was planned?

He no doubt did a WQ or two, or his table finished that makes up the difference. This is user error, 100% guarantee it.

Might be a new system they added to the game.

You know how they Punish you for being in the maw for more then 15 minutes, it could be the opposite of that, you didn’t play long enough so every minute you missed they take 100 anima from you, did you miss 35 minutes of gameplay this week. Ill bet that’s what it was :stuck_out_tongue: /s

Seriously shunning you off in reply is gross customer service. 2 minutes to figure out where it went, if it was a error, or if there was something you had done and not realized, would have solved the problem and made one less angry customer. I get they are swamped, but no attempt copy paste replies, are nasty ways to handle the community.

Checked and I can confirm I do not have any of the pets purchasable with Anima. That aside the GM response stated I spent 3500 anima, not I spent a random amount and did a world quest so your theory doesn’t quite add up.

I suggest that if you’re going to do nothing but try to antagonize other people here maybe find another outlet instead of trolling people just looking to help. Just kinda makes you look like a clown my dude.

Again, it’s not purchaseable, it’s the CRAFTED pets. They require 750 anima each. The recipe doesn’t tell you this.

I will accept your apology and heartfelt thanks when you realize i’m correct.

That would still leave 500 anima unaccounted for though. I guess he could have started 5 of the 100 anima cost missions unknowingly, but that honestly seems a bit unlikely no?
