For the most part she was just running all autocratic day to day things in Undercity and holding court. it was Varimathras who was the real leader of the Forsaken from Classic to his betrayal in WoLK. She was hardly the same character as how she was depicted in WC3 undead campaign. It wasn’t until WoLK that she even seemed like the same character.
