In game, I still see Night Elves and Teldrassil still stands.
Do they make books of Warcraft or Warcraft from books?
That hack can say what he wants to, but until I see these assumptions in game, it’s just a figment of a bad writer’s shoulda-coulda-woulda canon. Fanfiction.

Just a screenshot of a wisp with some MS paint text above it using the right font. Works perfectly though.
I’m not sure Arthas could have been done dirtier. Someone at Blizzard hates him and loves Sylvanas. The best part of the story so far had been how she had followed the same path he did. And Uther turned from the pinnacle of paladins, to obsessed with vengeance. What a great storytelling opportunity of how giving into hate turns you into that which you hate. But no, they were both like “good riddance to this fart” rather than recognizing their own failures… like… you self righteous jerks! Total storytelling failure. Not that I really expected better from this crap show of an expansion.

Microsoft should fire Danuser.

That’s why I believe the ending cinematic should have been Arthas’ soul (intact) floats out of the blade, up into the air, Uther says something like “his soul is free once again” and it floats off, then Jaina asks Anduin what happened and we get the actual details.
points at Danseur
I’ve always hated asking for people to be fired… but in this case, with how I feel right now… I agree.

Uther comes to term with his relationship to Arthas in CoD. Jaina did it in BFA. This was where Sylvanas understood that she literally became Arthas in every decision she made post-resurrection.
This wasn’t a moment for people to just talk to Arthas. He’s not even conscious in that form.

I don’t even hate Sylvanas. She was fine up until she went all emo girl on the Jailer. Maybe a little overdone, but fine. She was being set up for a fall, like Artha’s. And the moral of that story would have been great. Hell, this cinematic might have been salvageable had she taken this fart and said something like “I understand you better now that I have been you, maybe carrying what is left of you is my burden and penance.” Or Uther, same thing, “My boy, I failed you once. I will take what is left and make right what I did wrong.”
NOPE kick some dirt on him and move on. Worst possible take. Both of these characters belong in the maw.

Way to fail even harder, Danuser & Co.

This is the first time she got closure from the character who zombified her.
You know would have been a better time for it?
Wrath.
You know where it didn’t happen because a certain expansion dropped the ball on this?
Wrath.
Arthas finally shows up in Shadowlands and he’s a 35 anima token that we dont even bother looting.

Because it building for a big cinematic moment of when Sylvannas gets her last hreat big redemption arc of helping to beat the Jailer.
Arthus has no connection to anduin at all. Anduin’s dad and Saurfang did. That would have made no sense. “Arthas should be here because arthas is cool!” isn’t a reason for him to be here.
Paint. I was just being silly.

Uther reached his closure with Arthas a long time ago?
You sure about that?
Because the only reason he’s here is because he’s trying to come to terms with realizing that throwing Arthas into the Maw was wrong, and he wanted to make things right.
Now he sees that because of him, Arthas’ soul has been reduced to nothingness, with zero redemption/atonement possibilities from Revendreth, and he has nothing to say about it?
Please, think before you speak.

Because like it or not she is a huge part if the story line. I see you haven’t done research on the GAME you play. Have a great day and ty for shopping kmart .
Because Arthas was integral to her story.
Jaina and Uther, in their own ways, moved on.
