For the two weeks leading up to the pre-patch can we get a free corruption modifier vendor? That should be super easy to do and would at least provide a little entertainment.
It was delayed. And it had more than a year of beta testing.

Thank you for the update, and thank you for taking the time you need to release a polished, finished product! Iād much rather wait longer and have it polished and ready at launch.
any sane person working on the game could tell it was a mess lmao. they knew it was broken and not fit for release. they just didnāt care.

Disagree. The expansion is in a much better state than people think its in.
There must be something unseen going on, because BFA and Legion were in WAY worse states at launch and they werenāt delayed.

And thank you for releasing the prepatch earlier instead of delaying it like the expansion from my experience the beta is thte one that needs the most polish.
This is incredibly good news. Disappointing as it is to have to wait longer for the release, the game will definitely benefit from additional testing and polish. Donāt rush things. Weāll be here when youāre ready to give it to us.
In the mean time, pre-patch on October 13th is plenty enough for me. I just want my new customization optionsā¦and while youāre at it, delaying the release and all, maybe worgen can have tails and actual black fur? =P

This is the best move they could have made. As an avid fan of WoW, I am thrilled to see Blizzard prioritizing quality! Thank you for your hard work, Blizz!! We can wait. People will remember the launch and their first weeks in the game for the quality for years to comeā¦just as they would remember an abysmal launch for years to come. Youāre making the right decision!

Reforged was delayed, itās initial timeframe was Before dec. 31, 2019, it released Jan 2020, thatās a delay by any definition.
Well I have to say GG to you Blizzard. This was truly the correct call and you should know that many many players appreciate you taking this approach. It is of the utmost importance that SL be as polished and smooth as it can be and taking the time to achieve that is definitely the right call.

Why disappointed?
Itās a chance for them to spend more time working on the game and delivery something rather than give in to pressure.
BFA was rushed. And no, thatās not up for argument because even Ion said they didnāt have time to breathe during BFA development/testing.
Better this than making the same mistake again. Itās a good move, and it is one made by a company trying to show it cares about its customers.
I wouldnt even compare this to WOD I am so sick of people bringing up that expansion as if anything has come close to how bad it was from start to finish
a you so much time to fix BFA and and you still did not do and with 8.3 stat sticks is were some became got and good class became op look at dh mage and ret pal and you have been saying nothing SL and not talk to the players and so we the players are post to think you going to do a good thing i call bull

Iām really split on this, Im glad they are taking the time to polish it and make sure its ready to come out, but also, Im now stuck paying longer for an expac I dont play/enjoy and it sucks. Im not saying we deserve a free month or something, but I cant just stop my sub until then since I pay every 6months
