Not on my watch.
Night elves have a new tree. Let them share it with the living
While I generally support the idea of all races becoming neutral, I also agree with you that it would be interesting if living humans returned. However, I hope the place doesn’t become as generic as the new neutral Night Elf village currently looks on the PTR. Instead, I hope the overall theme of the undead is maintained, keeping it dark and eerie. Otherwise, it might just become too homogeneous over time.
Anyway, it’s evident that you’ve put a lot of thought into this. Accordingly, I hope your thoughts are actually taken into consideration by the devs. : )
Please stop erasing the Forsaken and Horde from the Lordaeron narrative. The entire game world has countless options for the living player character base, and so few for the Forsaken.
I am looking forward to the Worgen moving back into Gilneas, the Alliance needs a force nearby to keep an eye upon what is going on in that region. The Alliance should also reoccupy Southshore, they should also restore Stormgarde Keep as another holding in the northern area.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Gilneas, just like the Night Elf village, becomes neutral… so… we’ll see, you know…^^"
Not without making Lorderon neutral as well. There is no reason for Gilneas to be neutral as it is not a main story arc hub like the new NE lands are. Which is lame in it’s self and hopefully the NE city will be phased away much like how the Nightborne city is.
After the Horde burned down Teldrassil, contaminated Darkshore, and extensively deforested Ashenvale, it is indeed somewhat questionable that the place is now supposed to be neutral. However, we already know that the Horde will apparently help make Gilneas suitable for the Worgen again. So, I wouldn’t be surprised anymore by the current storyline, if it becomes neutral.
And yes, of course, two Horde cities should also become neutral, but nothing has been said about that so far. I could imagine Silvermoon, as everyone helps the Blood Elves in Midnight. Who knows.
It needs to be neutral so Goblins can turn the city into a tourist attraction.
Expelling the Forsaken from Lordaeron with basically no homeland would be bad for the game.
It didnt it never found him and it never will. It is at the mercy of the forums and rhe forums alone.
Nah. Get out of here with that crap. Its the domain of the people of Lordaeron. The vast majority of which are Forsaken.
You’re an elf.
You haven’t done anything wrong. It’s just that some people here in the GD tend to want to do role-playing and can be a bit harsh with others in the process. I guess some don’t mean it that way, but with others, I’m not so sure. Speaking in general terms, without referring to anyone specific, who has written in this thread. There are also trolls in the GD who simply clutter threads.
It would be nice, if there were a separate section in the forums for feedback, where attention is paid to maintaining a certain standard in responses. Unfortunately, such a section exists only for the Community Council.
Some people take this stuff too seriously. Pay them no mind. There’s nothing wrong with throwing your own ideas around for future story content.
Put your idea back up there and ignore the haters.
Then put it back up, king. I wasnt offended, even if I really dislike the idea.
Then your homeland is in the real world.
