An error has occurred while attempting to restore items

I am trying to restore two items that I accidentally disenchanted. They are available in the web-based tool. I made sure that I have all the resources below:

Twilight’s Edge Spaulders

1 Dawn Crystal

1 Glimmering Powder

1 12.x Professions - Tracker - Weekly Enchanting Knowledge

Twinthorn Wildglaive

1 Dawn Crystal

1 Glimmering Powder

1 12.x Professions - Tracker - Weekly Enchanting Knowledge

To be sure, I have two dawn crystals of each quality, and two unspent profession points on top of the two Glimmering Powder all in my bags.

When I try, I get the following error with no additional information.

An error has occurred while attempting to restore items.

I have tried waiting and relogging, while logged in and while not. I’m not sure what else I can do to get this to work. I haven’t opened a support ticket yet but that’ll be the next port of call.

Ticket would be the apropriate way to get this resolved dont forget to mention the itme restore kept bugging out.

The profession items are likely what is throwing a wrench into the works. They likely can’t take points away that have already been put into your profession tab, even if unused.

The profession items in your bag may be able to let a GM restore the items but unsure. Good luck!
