Am I the only one not totally furious about the bag slots?

Not my fault you are too dumb to understand that layers were not a bad thing, had next to no actual downsides and solved the problem of mass population drop off that happened without leaving nearly every server a ghost town.

I liked layers – but, I don’t think they actually helped Blizzard in their goal of server load balance or whatever. Because we just actively gamed the invite system to get everyone on the same layer for buffs. Which meant you had 90% on one layer and 10% on the other layer just farming nodes and flowers.

And I also like how busy the city is again now that we don’t have layers. I do not like being unable to find thorium in the world any more, though.

No problems? Haha yeah right keep dreaming normie.

I didnt say no problems I said no downsides… I have yet to see a single actual downside to layering especially one that approaches the problem we would have had without them.

you just keep listening to the masses about how bad they are without actually doing any critical thinking to understand they were not a bad thing.

why don’t they just add a walking bag pet as a reward or something instead of drastically altering the game?

Don’t go messing with pets. Pets are serious business.

Normie? really? what?

You sound hurt. Take a deep breath and have some tea before you go to sleep tonight. I’m sure you have a full day ahead of you tomorrow at work.

This actually does annoy me, but for a very SPECIFIC reason.

I have two Onyxia 18 slot Bags and two Bottomless 18 slot Bags which are made by the same person with the same name.

These 18 slot bags aren’t cheap, and now my OCD radar is going to be off the HOOK while I try and fill the other 4 slots with bags that won’t trigger my OCD.

Now I need to find the Tailor whom made these bags, to ensure the same name persists on all 6 of the Bottomless Bags - not to mention the cost factor of buying these are YIKES!

I mean… I could just use smaller bags that are cheap, but it STILL TRIGGERS MY OCD!!!

It’s not bag spaces, it’s item slots. 4 more square for items in your backpack, not 4 more bags.

However, it’s going to drive me nuts because my bag frame is 8 spaces wide and there will be 4 spaces just hanging there on the bottom.

Ohhh right!

That’s actually better now that I think about it.

I’m often 3-4 slots too full having to carry around 14 Trinkets for example.

Honestly this is the kind of thing that even the most rabid #nochanger would have to seriously dig to find a real problem with.

They’re doing it.

But bots, gold sellers, and hacked accounts are part of the original vanilla experience. I just don’t think most people are #nochanges about that part.

I’m just surprised that anyone who puts 10s of hours/week into this game doesn’t use multifactor auth.

Wait, let me get this right… There are players complaining that they don’t get the extra 4 bag slots if they choose to not use an authenticator?

Oh my goodness, grow up! Every time I read these forums I feel like Classic is filled with 4 year olds.

Suck it up buttercup, or get an authenticator on your account.

it’s useful obviously, not the end of the world by any means but still seems stupid to me. It’s very low on the list Blizzard has done to ruin/nerf classic tho, so whatever at this point.

No they are crying that 4 extra bag slots is not vanilla and #nochanges because now we can have 4 more stacks of goretusk livers or something.

With every things that has happened to Classic, 4 extra bag slots for an authenticator is the sword they choose to fall on? Yeah, those 4 extra bag slots are SOOOOOO OP! Someone alert Blizzard!

No, it was FORCED giving of personal information that blizzard backed off of after losing a whole mess of subscribers, and some legal drama.

The remnants of it are in game today.

If you ask me, it IS POSITIVELY BRILLIANT IDEA to give your real personal identification and location to people playing a video game from all over the world.

And people wonder why they have to get a 2 step authenticator for a fricking video game account.

News flash folks, linking in game actions to your real, personal identification is valuable marketing information which they collect and sell to the highest bidder.

Another news flash……………… The bots AINT STOLEN ACCOUNTS!

Yet another news flash, people that use the same passwords for everything GET THEIR ACCOUNT HACKED! You can’t 2 step authorize STUPID.

Yet another news flash. Companies, particularly Russian - Chinese ones like Gaiilin have a nasty habit of selling their customers login credentials. Ain’t no authenticator going to protect you from something like that.

But yes, this is blizzard and they have my very very very best interests at heart.
