I’ve seen wow head give horrible advice in the past that is what draws me to icy veins.

The issue with icyveins is how out dated it is but honestly your best bet for guides is probably YouTube :sweat_smile:

See iv had that issue with Icy Veins its info most of the time is outdated or wrong wowhead is generally better and more up to date for stats builds and bis gear. Also not sure why the forum swapped my pallie to my mage this is my main lol

You can make an argument for getting the haste ring, but outside our big meta burst windows, our damage is as non-existent as our defensives.
You might get a couple extra abilities off or get to push your weak defensive in time, but meta comes with the bonus haste anyway and that’s where we shine.

I considered trying to get at least 15% haste, but ended up going full mastery too.
When conquest is uncapped I’ll play a little jazz and test different some stuff out

I did some dummy testing on the PTR and tried full haste/mastery. Eye beam casts a little faster and a few abilities come off CD faster (none of our defensives) but vers/mastery was bigger damage. On live, I am now grabbing as much mastery as I can get with vers as the next stat.

7 more days and I’ll have full 639 with 6 M/v gems
I wish they had single stat gems

What enchant? Is depths any good?

They do! I have all only mastery gems.

2/3 of top DH’s use depths in SS according to murlok.io. I was too cheap when I enchanted my weapons and went double radiant.

I tried AR for week and swapped back
Felt so clunky
I only use FS, and always did better damage with it haha

Wish AR was less reliant on eyebeam meta. It’s kind of annoying to time the CD with the procs. Rather just do FS so I can meta as soon as eyebeam is off CD.
