ALT F4 should not instantly log you out

How is this a thing when, if my cat steps on my computer button, I log back in and I’m dead?

It’s not a thing. People are just assuming it is and passing it as a fact.

i tried it and Alt F4 shuts my game down like NOW…but how long is your character standing there getting beat on before you fade to black ?

People really need to learn to actually read the comments in posts. By the 8th post down in this thread, it’s been determined that it’s not ALT F4 like I assumed, and it’s more than likely them instant Qing/accepting a follower dungeon with a macro.

20 seconds. The only way a character vanish mid fight, is they took a queue pop.

OR they got invited to another phase.

Actually, their character do stay in the world.

I’ve tried it before with my same account, and let’s just say, it’s very interesting to see my alt next to my alt in the world lol.

Did you actually read the posts at all? We’ve had an entire conversation regarding this already and I’ve agreed that my original belief that they are ALT F4ing was wrong.

Oh 21k comments, just wanted to knee jerk another one up there. I see now.

Welcome to world pvp been this way since as far back as I can remember. Back to the Southshore and Tarren mill days.

Yes, it’s a PvP problem. And it requires a PvP solution.

What do you want me to say to it that isn’t a variation of “Get good”? Or “Oh that sucks”.

I’m saying what you’ve wishing for already happened. Along with a little silly story i’ve done to prove that.

I don’t ever remember this happening in SS TM days. Something that I took part in daily. And since there were no Qing for things back then out in the open world, I don’t see how it could have been a problem. BGs you had to go to a battlemaster to Q for it back then, and there were no RDF Qs.
