Minority shareholder suits over entrenched leadership unable or unwilling to lead competently (for example, in regards to State and Federal employment law) are a thing. You may not win in court, but you can make it prohibitively difficult to keep Kotick at the helm.
Indeed. Across pretty much every topic you are the expert in that field and telling them how wrong they are with insults and undertones of disdain.

Sounds like you’re accusing the WSJ of libel, and printing a false story. They’re not known for that, and certainly aren’t some tabloid.
Sounds like I couldn’t care less what the WSJ has to say, I don’t read it. My life doesn’t revolve around what happens inside other businesses that don’t pertain to me.

Those “harsh accusations” you accused Failea of making, were printed in the WSJ. She didn’t make them up.
