Unfortunately I think many of us enjoy our debateless Trade chat. I know some of the RP guilds more consistently advertise, but much of MG-H does not actually roleplay, even if they have a basic TRP. The serious roleplayers can be found in the Valley of Honor, mostly by the Wyvern’s Tail, at least the ones who accept walk-up RP. There is a LOT of guild centric RP and they have their own meeting places, I think. Much of my guild will hang out in the Valley of Honor when we’re not actively on a mission, however.
Then too, I think there’s been a lull waiting for 9.2.5, many RPers only do the bare-bones of the content if any at all, and once they got the story down in Zereth Mortis they kind of just disappear until the next patch.

Truth be told, I converse all day every day most days, but a lot of my jabber ends up in Discord, and because of the way Horde has organized, I would say for sure that we are in fact active, but we may be more outwardly reclusive. This can be a problem, but it’s part of why I highly encourage that you look at groups like the Horde Coalition, as they can get you into those otherwise hidden scenes.
As a note, politics do tend to be avoided by many groups, but I’m confident there’s something out there to fit your interests.
So I too find myself in an interesting place with this. I’ve had both Horde and Alliance toons forever, but I mainly focused on my Alliance. Shadowlands killed it. It just did. All of my friends and RP contacts left the game and have zero interest in coming back. Sure, I tried to follow them. I really did! But try as I might every alternative MMO I tried couldn’t scratch my itch like WoW has. So here I am, trying to make a new start. My Horde are on WRA but I have one friend left who is MG Horde. My problem is actually how each server is set up. I’m highly reliant on walkups to network. Especially these days where I’ve gotten older, and IRL has taken preference over my fun times. I guess my long winded question is this…
Does MG Horde have an active walkup community? I understand that they network through guilds and discord often, but while being more difficult, is it still possible to walkup and do it the old fashion way?
