go to either the whitemane server cluster or the mankirk server cluster. the whitemane cluster is pvp with more naxx geared players. the mankirk cluster is pve with more players in general but lots are leveling. i have a 60 on both clusters. horde is also doing well on both of these server clusters
The guild I am in on Pagle - Encore, has 2 Naxx raid teams.
