Allow hunters to change pet specs again

I’m leveling my Kul Tiran hunter, and every single pet I come across that I actually like is either tenacity or cunning, and the best pet spec for leveling is ferocity. What is the point of restricting pet specs? Why cant we just use pets we like?

My favorite pet family is the scalehides. They are ferocity pets with a very strong tanking ability on a short cooldown. I run with a grey ankylodon.
