I know I’m late to this conversation by a year, but I have literally Seen Cut scenes where other races were wearing Mag’har Heritage pieces if not the whole set. And in cases like Orc and Mag’har, Tauren and Highmountain Tauren, Human and Kul Tiran, They are the same race just from different places so in a sense they would share the same heritage to a certain extent
