This is 100% on the money. When I read Warcraft books way back when, like Lord of the Clans, the Horde are not the barbaric monsters we are portrayed as today, quite the opposite in fact. It was Blackmoore at Durnholde Keep that treated the enslaved Thrall like an animal, and it was Thrall who was depicted as kind and honorable, while the Alliance were just brutes out for blood.
