Cata Classic has to be by a longshot the most imbalanced PvP of any version. Alliance destroys Horde every single game. I hope its different for MoP. The balance is pathetic.

They didn’t nerf emfh until mid-late wod back in the day… And however bad it currently is (and late og Cata was overwhelmingly alliance dominated as well, because pve gear was strong), wod was still much much worse, having something like 396 of the top 400 rated players being alliance, with over 70% of those being JUST HUMANs
Mop might be better, just from the standpoint that pvp gear is bis for pvp this expansion, if memory serves, however the population damage might already have been done.
I’d been planning on coming back to play mop on my horde toons, because anniversary pvp is a rancid dumpster fire… But if it’s really that bleak it might be time to just pack it up. As one of the rare casual bg enjoyers (I do rated arenas/rbgs as well, but almost all my free time I’m in bgs whether I need the honor or not) it’s been very rough out there since wrath - classic killed bgs with unbanned dk bots.
