Night elf Shamans make sense.
You don’t even have to make new totems at this point, just unlock the race.
Yeah Harandir were the solution to this but they just had to make the racials pretty horrible overall. Almost had ‘nelf’ shamans (you still do if you do not care about racials but if you push content then it can be important).
it would be great if we could get Human shamans though. They’ve been around long enough to learn the ways of Shamanism.

Kul Tiran racials aren’t terrible. Haymaker can be useful especially in Bgs and 1% Vers is good. The best kept secret racial in the game imo is Kul Tirans 2% healing back of all damage taken. Just think about that for a second. Yeah it gets cut by MS effects and dampening but still what other defensive passive is close to that? High mountain is tiny compared.
