Largely, we don’t. The pvp flagged icon on character portraits must be what you’re referring to. The flags carried in WSG and on capture points like AB don’t have the L. The primary Crest of the Alliance doesn’t reference the L.
like I said, they only use it for pvp so they are an accurate representation of their faction’s performance in pvp. which just so happens to involve taking a lot of L’s.
I read that in the forums many years ago, thanks for posting it so I didn’t have to.
Carries? If you are talking about the current state of population the Horde only has numbers because of blood elves. You know a former Alliance race.
FOR. THE. HORDE. Do you hear me?!
FOR THE HORDE!
FOR THE HORDE!
FOR THE HORDE!
All I do when I see Alliance filth is:
Psst. I’m totally teasing. I do that to both factions!
This gave me a good laugh lol
FOR THE HORDE
When i see horde losing in pvp matches against the alliance;

For The Alliance!
Regardless of who currently occupies Lordaeron, the Alliance has a strong historical connection to the kingdom that you can’t separate from it. Lordaeron is where the Alliance was founded, where many of its most iconic heroes come from and where most of it’s WC3 story took place.
Also, I’d say that Alliance citizens probably don’t see Lordaeron has “Horde territory” but merely Horde-occupied territory that could ideally be liberated at some point. So yeah, they’re probably not going to forget about the L completely.
It’s because Lordaeron as a kingdom up until
recently has been very much a major part of human lore, and human lore has basically been the better chunk of alliance lore throughout most of WoW. It’s only recently the forsaken have “readopted” their Lordaeronian heritage . . . guess that’s what happens when the ghost elf lady y’all worshiped turns on you.
