I have read, though not tested myself, that using the table in Brill (there are tables in several towns besides the capitals nowadays) counts for the achievement, so you might want to try that.
Obviously the Undercity ones should work, but all of Tirisfal seems to be a nightmare for events lately (ie the Primal invasions too).
[edit] Checked and the Brill tables count for Undercity at least for Pilgrim’s Paunch so presumably for Alliance doing Peril also.
