Yes, that’s 100% why our guild is here as Alliance, on Fairbanks. We knew we would be outnumbered-- a little. But its becoming much worse now.

My solution is to find a server where there really is a faction imbalance, and create a guild on that server called <Balance> . To recruit people, including students and those transitioning from other fields, into IT, PR, Marketing, Software Development, and Content Creation, and to make a concerted effort to grow a community.

I had initially thought about Sulfuras, which incidentally is balanced about equally with Whitemane.
