You mean “disallowed unintended behavior”. Let’s be real. If horde could have done full pre-mades at AV release, you would have quit AV way sooner because your resolve has been found wanting.

Ghost mushrooms spawn in Mara and DM and are super easy to get with absolutely 0 competition. I must be confused by what you mean by “ghost mushroom mafia”.
TBC is the beginning of the end. Arena ruined PVP. We had to start balancing classes based on 2v2 fights.
Also, I’m in no rush for Warrior/Druid, Lock/Druid, Lock/Hpally 2s teams of cancer.

Yea because aoe grinding gy’s as a 40 man raid group=/=pvp.
Went to get some ghost mushrooms on Grobbulus at the hinterlands and a guild had 5 people picking them the second they spawned
So you quit the game because you didn’t want to fly to Desolace to pick your very own instanced mushrooms?

I wouldn’t make such a sweeping generalization as all Alliance pres -> all Horde pres

You are correct though that there are certainly bad players with high ranks on both sides of the line 100%.
On our end, it’s a lot of guys who put in the hours to just queue 20/7, since alot of it was about volume, not pure efficiency (as was the Alliance model).
I would posit however, that in general, the Horde helmets largely did see more PvP on their way their than the Alliance helmets up through the WSG meta shift, largely because the only real way you were going to pull a head of a bot chain queuing 24/7 would be if you were maximizing your time spent per game, and that meant hunting out solo kills.
If you didn’t win your 1’s you were going to have a much harder time ranking Horde side during the AV meta.
You’re missing the point where AoE grinding GY’s was not a thing for horde until AFTER AV meta was already broken.
The PvPers who actually matter at this point are now in WSG all day–we don’t care about AV and what the dregs of both sides are doing to each other in there.

I never made a sweeping generalization. You did. I just pointed out that alliance premades can, and do, beat horde premades too.
Nope, ain’t stepped foot in WSG, nor do I plan to. Capture the flag is an extremely old and pedantic game. I will just have more farm time - it’s not like everyone is going to boycott anyways. Peeps don’t have the fortitude for it. Besides, AB is coming.
