Neither did Alliance? Ran into plenty of large raid groups of Alliance storming through zones… but yeah you totally need gear thrown at you for the sake of turning on Warmode.
This is totally going to fix the issue that WM has, and not just cause the inbalance of what faction has it on to just flip flop as the quest comes and goes. Yup, 100%.

It’s one person complaining, vs all the alliance threads complaining. Honestly this “fix” is worthless they need to fix sharding.
I find it hard to believe that you didn’t see the endless stream of posts about this over the past month.
Or the endless stream of posts from horde pvpers saying the boost should be more to encourage more alliance to flag so they can be ganked, er, “engage in world pvp”.
You’re probably referring to Audin’s Knights who have been farming Horde for months.

That’s how you get people to join the opposite faction. Make one of them super over powered! Give them everything in the game for free! And people wonder why the alliance is looked at like a complete joke. They cry about PvP until Blizzard gives them game breaking buffs…what a game.
No, but those would have been funny, I mostly saw threads from alliance thanking horde for getting them to turn off warmode.
I’ve played both sides when I was alliance on my pvp server my guild was known for wpvp, so horde mostly left us alone, we would go hunting for horde when doing our dailies eating humanoid tracker food.
Oh that was just us women in the guild, the men were worse.

HMMMM you seem to be forgetting the warfront handouts at the beginning where it had no ilvl requirement until it was time for the Alliance to do it
Never been rolled 1v1 and often times have ally players losing to me in a 2v1 after I gank them a handful of times. Alliance just think horde roll in raids because the rest of their faction are too much of babies to turn WM on at all…
Most horde are not in groups … it’s jsut that there are so many with WM on that the alliance who encounter them think they are running into large groups of horde .
Well horde will never get this quest because horde will never turn off WM in enough numbers to flip the numbers . Bet that most alliance will only go on WM for the quest reward and then turn it right off while the horde will keep it on mostly.

Exactly it. I’ve had WM on on all my characters since it was brought into the game and no number of ACTUAL alliance raids ganking everywhere is going to change that.
I’ve almost never seen an actual horde pvp raid outside of organized things like boralus.
Are they turning on for the boost or the free gear? I’d give it some time before deciding whether it’s been a success or not

They recently said it was going to apply to the minority faction, and it would scale depending on current balance.
Actually it’s 30% for Alliance across the board, even in realms and crz’s that are heavily Alliance.
I wasn’t inclined to do warmode, but I thought that was curious after what we had been told.
