You know anyone can be an alpha right. Not really class based…it is really the player. Whoever you follow, is the alpha then. Most of the time it is the raid leader or the maker of Deadly Boss Mod

I’d say healing through a dungeon is rougher, that truly sets the pace. The healer has potential to lead the group all they want, but prefer to step aside to let the warrior think they’re the alpha.
Warriors need a pocket healer to level before they hit 60 and get well geared or they get killed every other fight. No other class has this issue.

Mages are the new rogues though…every one is trying to be meta too hard. Gonna be 10 mages for every raid spot come 60.

A healer can always find a new tank if the tank is an idiot. The other way around, boot the healer? Less likely. It is a tough call as Tank and healer are the core members to have found first.
