All these bearded women are making me uncomfortable

Actually making it worse, thanks for that

just a preference, no issue at all, all the fake people will pretend cry about you though.

I didn’t say any of that explicitly towards you at all. The examples I used were purposefully worded with ambiguity. It’s just a food for thought response as some people may not realize their outlook causes actual destress or issues at times. Read: At times. I don’t think there is a problem here, just a lot of people misunderstanding things.

You were never invalidated, either. If you don’t like it, you don’t like it. You’re not forced to like it.

It’s called Hirsutism. Google it if you’re brave enough.

That’s actually precisely what the thinly veiled rhetoric is saying. The instant they say ‘your side,’ you know this has nothing to actually do with bearded dwarves.

And it could be anything from thicker than normal leg hair to growing hair on the face.

But you’re applying your google degree to act like it means that 10% of women actually grow full beards. Facial hirsutism being a sub-category of the broader “hirsutism” that you are drawing your % from by the way.

won’t have a choice but to see them when people can make one, though.

Ok, I googled it, and the images look nothing like the full-beared earthen women we’re seeing in game. And you know this, and you’re trying to avoid it

Sure. I don’t like everything either but people play what they want and I don’t feel the need to say something to them. It does nothing to anyone.

Yeah it has to do with people saying stuff that makes them uncomfortable is bad but stuff that makes me uncomfortable is a thing I should get over. There’s a whole group of people that do that, and you’re one of them.

Its a medical issue.

Not really a big deal. Besides, how often do you even see female dwarves? I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen one outside of RP spots tbh.

I’ve never been a fan of female dwarves in WoW, however, this comment has made me commit to unlocking Earthen and rolling a bearded lady dwarf just for you, subby.

I see the npcs all over the place. Some of them are quest npcs. IF they were rare and not quest npcs, whatever. I’ve seen them all over the place.

Namari - Manga/Anime Delicious in Dungeon shaves
Frida Kahlo - IRL - Famous artist - She looks like a dwarf with a mustache.
Bedelia - Comic book “Princeless”
Discworld series - Cheery Littlebottom one of the first dwarf women to wear makeup and female looking clothing, prior to this All dwarves looked the same, with beards.
Tolkien in the margins
yes, but the Amazon Series Disa.
War and Peace - Novel - Princess Lisa Bolkonskaya
Woman in White - novel- Marian Halcombe
A Song of Ice and Fire - Novel - Queen Selysse Baratheon
Les Misérables - Madame Thenardier, Mame Hucheloup

it’s also a condition called hirsutism men and women can get it IRL, which is why it’s common in both IRL and literature.

It’s a sub-category of this very broad diagnosis, yes.

Facial hirsutism that is.

You definitely had to look that list up, but if you really did it from memory, then kindly tell me how many of these examples are full earthen beards of the style we are seeing in-game here

They’ve been typing it up for like the last 30 I’m pretty sure. Done seen that avatar on the bottom for a minute.

Google and copy/paste ftw. Maybe even some ChatGPT assistance.

And half of them are just actual humans with dwarfism.
