No left click or right clicks with my mouse seem to function at all in game

Same happened to me. Game is completely unplayable this way.

Having the same problem. Full UI reset and scan and repair did not work.
Opie seems to be the offending addon, at least one of them anyway

Not game issue. The game even warns you about using out of date addons before entering WoW.
As Visuban mentioned above, disable Opie addon. Author hasn’t updated it and that is the culprit.

Oh darn, let me test that. I’ve been using it for my mounts.
Update: That’s the one. OPie is messed up. Time to tell my dad.

if u have the addon called Opie thats whats messing it up i took mine off and now im good

Not just Opie. BetterBags too. Nothing show up in the bags even though I know I have tons of stuff in it.

Disabling Opie fixed the issue for me as well
If removing Opie on its own doesn’t fix the issue, consider checking the add-on author’s other projects via townlong yak [dot] com.
I had M6 and Opie installed, and having either of them installed caused the issue for me.
Opie is the only addon I use by the author so I can’t speak to the others, but it just pushed an update today that hopefully fixes the issue.
