As much as I have enjoyed this expansion, the grind treadmill is pretty unreal. I really hate the pathetic amounts of anima you are given and god forbid you want a transmog item instead of covenant upgrade.

Look on the bright side, you will feel “exclusive” when you get the loot. Its also great for the game as everyone will look up to you and want to work harder for that reward too!

Sorry but I find this hard to believe. So you are making it sound like you do a ton of M+ and never get loot (besides I assume the weekly cache). I call BS on this. Just because it isn’t an item you need/want doesn’t mean you didn’t get loot. You do realize this is what raiders go through also right? Sorry you aren’t getting all your BiS ASAP.

Same as BFA. The vault has merely inspired more people to dip their toes into the system. This explains the cognitive dissidence when it comes to the weekly disappointments. It’s always been like this…
Nerfing drop rates has not made the game more fun, but M+ has always been about the weekly RNG, not the loot.

Stopped doing m+ like 2 weeks ago, and raids like 4 weeks ago, because the reward isnt worth the time invested

According to the forums, running like a dozen dungeons and 10 raid bosses for zero loot is fine and if you complain about it, you’re entitled and want the game to be ezmode.
Oh and apparently frustration is synonymous to gratification? It’s a weird logic.

eh…just do what I do. Run the few things you have to run each day and log out.
That’s why a few guilds I know of (possibly more) are doing mythic mondays. All that is really needed is 1 good session of pushing and key for the vault. I suspect most people are really running a lot of mythics for the RIO score…obviously not the gear drops.
Then what’s the point of even playing? That doesn’t sound like fun, that sounds like a chore just for the sake doing it.
