Even if shuddering hollow doesn’t bug out, you get no reward

just got Fathomdweller’s. I can confirm every citrine is obtainable now
However, Legendary Skipper’s and Seabed Leviathan’s are still not counting for the achievement
Where did that one come from? I haven’t seen it pop up yet as a reward.

Still need 2 and only getting crates IF it doesn’t bug out.

Yep. keeps bugging out and need 2 more gems. RIP Blizz.
If you’re getting crates then you’ve already gotten every citrine from that particular rare. Check the Command Map at camp to see which ones you need
Just keep trying, I was able to get both of them in 5 kills total
Shuddering Hollow is definitely bugged at the moment. I’m staring at the command table, watching the button light up for a few seconds at a time before greying back out and resetting any contribution progress it had.
I’m getting crates from every single excavation lol. Still missing two gems.
Just got Stalagnarok to drop after 5 tries in a row. The difference is everyone moved all the way in and kept him in the back of the room. Every other fail people were still by the entrance and it would trigger the collapse and end the attempt.

That seems like a lot of effort for a a subpar piece of gear

it was like 20 minutes total. if that’s a lot of effort for you maybe you should look at other games 
Or maybe it’s bugged for the vast majority of people and not working properly and they are frustrated with it. From the various forums and 3rd party websites you are the exception not the rule for these gems.

I’m saying any effort for gear that’s worse than you can buy from a vender is going to be a lot of work
Or maybe you just need to keep trying? Clearly it’s possible to get the gems because I have them. Maybe it is bugged and they should fix that. But in the meantime what else are you doing?
Except the ring is BiS with the correct citrines
