Make Binding Shackles Damage reduction apply to our Misdirect Target. This will make it a Viable option for LW MM.

Heck how about it also makes it useful for MD to tank, whether that be our pet or an actual player. Which is to say that would make it useful for BM and SV. Currently I don’t know why any hunter would take Binding Shackles
