I restored my windows 10 and I believe I have decent internet but I am getting low fps in game on an alienware laptop. I might get 20 to 30 fps and ms is about 60. Any advice on how I can see if it is a wow issue? All other games work fine for me. Thanks
It could be so many things, and this isn’t enough info to troubleshoot. We would need a DxDiag to start.
Did the windows come on a new pc?

Blizzard might be blocking the OS for use for World of Warcraft.
I might be wrong.
