NP has been a Mythic Team oriented guild for some time; however, for 9.1 we have decided to start a solid Heroic Team for AOTC, Sell Runs, and Glory of the Dominant Raider Achieve. This Team will be lead by 7/10M Raiders from CoN. The atmosphere is fun, efficient, and flexible.
This team was founded on Mythic Raiders looking for a slower pace while still delivering an exceptional experience through content, organization, and socialization.
Heroic runs are quick + entertaining, which = a really good time

No Pressure is a guild established on fun times, friendships, and like-mindedness since 5/22/2017. Our Heroic Team is established for experienced, knowledgeable players with exceptional skills, who look for a healthy wow-life balance.

A lot of time, effort, planning, and behind-the-scenes meetings take place to provide what we hope is, when mathematically calculated, more good times than not good times. We are always open to meaningful input and suggestions from our guildmates which help No Pressure continue to evolve into a very team-focused community of talented players.

Mythic+?
If you are only interested in Mythic+ groups, please still consider us… Mythic raiders are required to fill 2 vault slots for the week… so we have TONS of keys… stop dealing with those PESKY PUGS!
(Another great night is SATURDAYS!
All guild members are welcome to our Drunk Raid Nights/ Fun Runs on Saturday once the main team has cleared progression, as long as minimum gear requirements are met).
Trial Period:
- We trial 2-3 weeks. Trialing occurs for both Mythic and Heroic Teams to obtain valid log data.
Expectations:
- Our Raid Teams focus is to ensure the environment is friendly, respectful, and accountable.
- All raiders are responsible for maintaining adequate gear levels outside of raid through additional content if necessary. Guild groups form through the week to help achieve these requirements.
- For raids the guild provides repairs, pots, flasks, and feasts. All raiders come with a knowledge of boss mechanics, which are provided through several resources within our discord channels. A reliable internet connection along with appropriate add-ons (dbm, bigwigs, weakauras, ERT, etc.) is required.

SIDE-NOTE: During the first 6-8 weeks of progression, we will schedule Fri / Sat Weekend Raid runs for anyone outside of the 25-man “Core” Mythic roster. These runs will still be used to funnel gear to Core Raiders, but will also provide experience, kills and personal loot for guild members not on the 25-man roster or the Heroic Team Roster.
