I guess we’ll have to settle for 3 out of every 4 blood elves wearing black mageweave.
How does she look more unkempt? Her hair is actually combed and that braid probably took a good hour compared to her previous look of loose hair with a hood up. She also has that smokey eye make up thing going on and she’s way more accessorized.
Just say you miss her belly button and that you’re disappointed she has more clothes on and be done with it.
Sister of Slyvannas and Veseressa I assume?
Gotta stick to games made in Asia if you want sexy chicks now.
Fine with me.
why do you even care about Alerria when we have Xal’atath now for the love of god please dont ever give her shoes
I’m thinking the answer to your question would be to look up what an adjective is and try to figure out how that changes the perception of what I was attempting to describe. I even put the adjective in quotes to emphasize it for people so they couldn’t misconstrue it but it seems you managed to do so anyway.
I would prefer it if it went back to warcraft 1-3s art style of stronger characters…
Compare the design to wow’s and things have gotten more cartoony but I doubt that is what op is talking about.
There is no misconstruing because you’re just wrong. Name how she is more unkempt “slightly”.
Her hair is done, she has make up on, her clothes are cleaner. Where is the unkempt? Previously she was wearing green hobo camping gear. Literally everything about her new design demonstrates more personal care to her appearance.
Slightly? ROFLMAO
What really bothers me is TWW loading screen with her, Anduin, and Thrall.
Why is Alleria like 9 feet tall in it? At first I thought she was just floating behind Anduin but if you look close you can see her feet and legs extending down between Anduin’s legs. Her legs are as long as Anduin is tall.
And why is Thrall’s armor in Alliance colors now? Did he officially switch sides or is he just hoping Jaina will notice?
True but those are a Night Elf and a Human, Blood Elf females being smaller, uhm more delicate looking are being held to a different standard. So the over the top aggression and taking on the “strong silent” type trope gives a masculine vibe. Her husband is begging her stop pushing him away, this trope you mostly reversed. It is normally the wife doing the begging. In your mind just swap Turalyon in for Alleria and you will see how the setting looking more familiar.
I’m not wrong. Whats crazy about words is you can turn words from a binary application into a scale with a simple adjective such as “slightly”. Listen lil Billy Im not here to educate others on how words work so this is the last lesson. If you want to continue to with this I’m just going to write it off as dishonest or ignorant moving forward.
No. Specify exactly what is “slightly” unkempt or just admit you miss her belly button.
No feminine woman would dare have that haircut.
I havent seen evidence that blood elven women are known for being non aggressive.
The Lady Liadrin would like a word.
I assume that the lack of a revealing outfit + not having an impractical stiletto is what people thinks that makes a character feminime… oh well.
I personally don’t see the new design as masculine at all. In fact, her “warpaint” now resembles an intricate eye glittrey makeup, which actually makes it more feminine that the previous one.
It seems so.
Unfortunately.
… I wouldn’t call it more masculine in the slightest.
About the only difference I’d argue is that her attire is more tasteful (and practical) while still be clearly feminine.
