The unguilded community option is great if you just want to try MSoD out before possibly applying, too. You can see the various banter, meet different types of players and characters, make friends, and go to all of the events.

Hello! We are accepting Dracthyr as Citizens and as part of our “Beyond the Tag” program. For the time being we are not ICly allowing Dracthyr into the IC Senate on the grounds that we don’t know anything about them and its too soon. Please note: your character will have to explain why they want to come to a City led (in part) by a blue dragon given the Dracthyr’s hesitance with blue dragons given the whole slumber and all.
