Too bad they didn’t address most of the policies lol ‘generally speaking’.
I think that if someone were killing all the auctioneers in both SW auction houses repeatedly as they spawned, and kept that up for a good while, that it could be reported under “zone disruption”.
However the obvious solution to this would probably be PvP, assuming enough folks cared to stop them.

I think in Vanilla it did. I just remember most of the happenings going on around the pre-patch for TBC right around when they added AH’s to the other cities. Or its possible it was after TBC’s launch.
Iirc there were ways to cheese around the barrier though, like going over the rafters, horde doing hearthstone witchcraft, etc.

PvP isn’t considered zone disruption. And it was addressed.
As for physical harassment… killing an NPC isn’t even remotely considered anywhere near that.

It is, is people are doing a roleplay in the auction house. People forget, OP is on an RP server.

No. It isn’t. This is the most twisted way of thinking about an NPC that I can’t even anymore with this conversation.
Don’t even try to make up some insane scenario of “but RP with auctioneers!” Literally never happens. And again… Blizzard flagged them to be able to be killed. You cannot physically harass an NPC they are not a player.

Not at all? If people are Roleplaying in the auction house and horde come in and disrupt that, it’s still RP disruption. Said RPers are not in Warmode, so why are they being disrupted by PvP?
It does, if you played on an RP server you would see it too.
You can mount on top of other players, but Blizzard considers this to be RP disruption if someone is on a big mount just standing on top of RPers frequently.
You can use toys on others, but if you spam them on others Blizzard considers this to be physical harassment. Same thing with opening a trade window, you can open a trade window, but… You see? Not an excuse. It’s the same excuse of “Lol you can’t ban me for words you didn’t forcibly censor from my vocabulary.”

By doing this, they flag themselves for PvP. There is a PvP resolution in game, and that is to flag yourself and get some other alliance players to do the same and kill them. Bans are for when there isn’t a valid PvP solution to the problem.
