We want to offer a fun, respectful environment where everyone works to better the team and each other. We don’t accept toxicity but we do expected members to be able to both take and give constructive criticism.
We don’t enforce any specific requirements, such as ilvl, m+, vault, etc. However, what we do enforce is that each member must remain competitive with other members. Your own character progression is your responsibility, if you don’t want to do m+ but remain competitive in dps, hps, survivability, etc then that’s fine but if you aren’t able to remain competitive and don’t want to do anything to better your character or skill then that would be an issue. This isn’t a carry group.
What we do require:
Age: 18+
Consistency: We understand life comes first but we are looking for people that are consistent and if not able to make a raid night, are able to give notice well before the event. (preferably 24 hours but we understand emergencies happen)
Maturity: Simple, don’t be a jerk.
Preparation: Come to raid prepared. Gems, enchants, consumables, etc.
