I thought the same thing while watching the video lol. Also kinda strange considering earlier in BFA when Feral was bad (I think?) and they came out with the video of Malfurion going bear form and going ham on everyone. Then people were saying “Even Malfurion is shunning Feral!”.

 that’s true. It’s still a sad moment though. Sacrifices like that are always hard. As much we dislike it, Ursoc probably would have wanted it to be that way: he would have gladly sacrificed his own life to save the lives of others.

As much as people are hating on the grove-tender (?)
 given what we know, what he did was the likely the right thing. It’s what Ursoc would have wanted. I mean, we need to have a heart. That poor little grove-tender had a horrible decision to make: it wasn’t just Ursoc’s sacrifice, but it was also his
 he was quite attached to the slumbering Ursoc. That would have been hard for anyone. It’s a moral conundrum: would you take someone’s life in order to save many lives?

As it stands now, from what we can tell - without access to spoilers - the Night Fae aren’t terrible; rather, they are desperately trying to save Ardenweald. And that comes with costs. Sad, but true. Of course, there could be something more nefarious behind it all; however, I’ll refrain from speculating. I want to see the story unfold.
