Not specifically necromancers. At least, not exactly. The only real “pre-demon” Nathrezim lore we have was from the Green Fire questline, where they were said to have once been unparalleled masters of summoning and portal magic.

Well I mean they’re necromancers in WC3 and it’s implied they’ve been that way for a long time.

Yeah it’s possible but it’s unlikely, given Sire Denathrius.
