I can answer this.
Bishop Baxter Gresit is a newer addition to Stormwind Cathedral and the player does his own sermons regularly day to day. I do not believe he does his services in /ra or /p, but in /s and /e.
However he preaches from the Altar of the cathedral which severely limits the reach of /s and /e. If you just ran in and are lingering at the doorway, or even standing even in the middle of the cathedral, chances are his /e and /s did not reach you. You would need to stand all the way up right front before the second candlestick to hear /em and /s from a character that’s standing at the altar.
