Its a dps loss to use siphon on a 3+ target fight. You’ll lose so many globals reapplying dots and having to tab around and stack shadow embrace and keep it up on all 3 targets. You can probably get away with siphon on 2 targets but after that it’s a dps loss. This is speaking on SL not BFA.
