So this is more an issue of A) other classes/specs aren’t losing their BIS embellishment with this belt and B) it’s the best embellishment for 3 tank specs in m+ and arguably on at least one of those in raid too. That problem could very easily be avoided by just making a boots/bracers pattern with the same embellishment on it.
