This is stupid. Changing mechanics has nothing to do with it. We cant farm herbs/mine because bots have that locked down tight. Changing the XP gain with different levels is fine, GREAT even, but changing the MECHANICS of something to make it impossible for a solo farm? That’s stupid, insanely stupid, this far into the game. You let people farm it for MONTHS, 100’s of thousands of gold… and you thought this was the time to change it?

Are 10 frost mages going to be able to be able to perma lock down SWP trash too? Feel like that should be added to this list.
Still a very, very dissatisfied customer due to the dungeon finder decision but I gotta say…finally addressing the abuses going on in dungeons and confirming Lich King release date…good few days for blue text.
Completely agree. This has been going on for over a year and now you nerf it thinking it will fix anything? I’ve been on the fence about playing wotlk and because of this I don’t think I’m going to. Nerfing legit farms is ridiculous. Just nerf the boosting and people who are taking advantage of pathing/ mechanics it’s not hard.
Imagine being mad that boosters and botters are affected, no matter how long it took.

How do we make gold if we can’t solo dungeons? The bots are taking all the gathering spots… It will be worse now. All they had to do was nerf xp. This makes it easier for them to sell character boost so it’s a win for them I guess.

Definitely think as a compromise to those that just want to AoE grind dungeons for gold, only implement the anti-boosting mechanics if there’s more than one person in the instance.

It’s actually comical the number of people that are legitimately upset about this type of change.
It goes to show if you let an exploit like this go on for to long it shapes the mentality of the playerbase and now people feel entitled to being able to boost.

I completily agree! what’s more, people crying about farming spots being overtaken by bots in the open world Don’t do anything themselves to stop them!
Try reporting them, you’ll get a notification the same day saying that a sanction was applied!
Now that the bots will have to show themselves in the openworld it’s hunting season! go nd report them all!

Reporting doesn’t work and following them around with screen recorder and posting it on the forms is naming and shamming.
Confirmed, after 30 seconds of combat any chance of preventing a wipe with snare CC is out the window. Enjoy your corpse run!
