Some of the statements in here are just… wow.
I’ve seen at least one amateur hour psychiatrist… who fundamentally doesn’t have a clue on even a base level what he is talking about.
The first reaction is because they are mentally focused on all the bad things… and forget that there is a actual person involved. The 2nd reason is multifaceted with either not understanding what the person is going thru, not wanting to accept that there is something going on, or probably the worst for the affected person… that the person is just making it a bigger thing than it actually is.
